Hi mimi.. In russia for the world cup. But I have lost my tickets along with the luggage at the airport. I have filed the complaint but there is no progress. I am quite lost. what should I do. I don’t know who to ask. I have the pics of the tickets but would that be of any help. Please what should I do. Is the anyone you can direct me to that would be able to help me please.
