some influences for their clothes include the idea of the appearance you put off betraying your strength/fighting style/priorities (eg, comfort vs status, sturdiness, battle style – it’s a point of pride); post-apocalyptic fashion in a society rebuilt on the back of war, while not actively warring itself; edgy/darker/flair for the dramatic aesthetics that keep in mind some level of practicality.
