PSA: Halloween is pretty much here and it only takes on second to send a sick child in the hospital a Spook-o-gram. The best part about this is that $1 gets donated to CHLA’s Helping Hand fund each time you send one out. So let’s help some kids have a spectacular Halloween by sending them spook-o-grams and helping cause!!
Sans and Papyrus renting themselves out as Halloween porch decorations, after the job market dries out.
But they don’t tell each other because they don’t want to worry each other.
Turns out that they end up assigned to houses across the street from each other.
They are not supposed to break character nor leave their assigned places, so they have a gesture heavy argument from across the street.
Papyrus is dressed as the grim reaper and Sans is a stereotypical rotten corpse, coming out of a grave. So he’s half buried anyway.
They think they are being discreet. But people and other monsters are very aware of them and enjoy the show.
After finishing up their shift, Sans realizes he’s stuck in the ground not able to get up from the buried hole. Papyrus (last minute thinking) used his scythe to dig a hole in a panic.
Suddenly the annoying dog grabs Sans’s leg from the ground and runs off.
Papyrus: *stops digging to chase the dog* ARGH THAT STUPID DOG!! COME BACK HERE WITH MY BROTHER’S LEG!
Sans: Bro! Come back and raise me from the dead! (Da dum tss)
real power is going outside knowing you look ugly and also knowing that if you chose to perform femininity in accordance with patriarchal standards you could look attractive, but genuinely prefering to look ugly and not feeling bad about it. feels good feels organic
Me: shows up to work merely clean and well dressed like all the males there
Boss: you look tired
Me: 🖕
I was in a job orientation once and the instructor was talking about appropriate work attire and literally said “and women….please wear some makeup” and everyone laughed. I, who was not wearing makeup nor do I ever, raised my hand and asked “What’s the required amount of makeup for men?” And that was an amazingly wonderful awkward silence.
