January 3, 2018: Update

Hello everyone!

ATLANTALE is right around the corner, and preparations have been coming along wonderfully!

We sincerely apologize for the long radio silence!

Just about everything is taken care of at this point. We’re basically playing the waiting game until the event. (Phew!) In the meantime, here is some well awaited information about the event as of 1/3/2018:

GENERAL INFO:

• We have a scheduled appointment on January 9th to speak with the conference center’s event organizer for table layouts.

ARTIST INFO:

• Artist seating will be available within 2 weeks of the event, after table layout has been decided. We’ll post a chart on all of our social media platforms. (Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Website)
• Please bring your own table cloths, if you plan to use one on your table.
• If you have a table and want to sit next to a friend who also has a table, please let us know before February 1st via the following email address: atlantale.artists@gmail.com
• The only info we need is the name of the two artists who want to sit next to each other.

PANEL INFO:

• Panel schedules will be going out very soon, before January 9th.
• Please check back here for the schedule. It will be posted on all of our social media platforms. (Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Website)
• Panel schedules cannot be changed, as they will be printed on the event info and poster.

DONATION INFO:

• Donations for the raffle are still being accepted!!
• Cut off date for donations is February 1st!! Please send in your donations as soon as possible!
